We are based in the village of Burwell, between Cambridge and Newmarket.
We try and source our ingredients locally, for example, all our malted grain comes from Muntons in Stowmarket. Hops are a little more difficult to source locally as particular varieties and strains are produced around the country and indeed the world.
Most of our beers are suitable for vegetarian's with most suitable for Vegan's, as we do not use any animal byproduct for fining's. We may occasionally use honey or dairy by-products in our recipe's.
All of our beers are bottle or cask conditioned. So when pouring out a bottle make sure its at a suitable temperature and pour the whole bottle out in one go. So as not to disturb the sediment.
